CSV Export Utility for embedded Base databases.

Background

The embedded database engine for OOo is HSQLDB. The HSQLDB engine has built in support for linking tables to text files. Included in this support is the ability to generate a new TEXT table and linked TEXT file directly with the use of a single SELECT statement.
